Lying Liars and the Lies They Tell

Part of an e-mail I received from Sprint today:

I hate it when people take me for an idiot.  Anything that comes with a 194-page "Basics Guide" is NOT simple to use, by definition.  That's kinda like sayin' E = mc² is just a simple equation.

Apropos of not much... What IS it with me and physics today, anyhoo?
